【開催報告】 東京 ユーザー交流会 2024/11/29(金) Zoho Oneを活用した社内DX推進事例の共有

11/29(金)に東京ユーザー交流会を開催しました。10月の開催回に引き続き、多くのユーザーさんに参加いただきました！

Zoho活用事例セッション：Zoho Oneで決め打ちDX~導入過程からコスパ・タイパを極めて効率化~
今回は、株式会社T h e F l o wの若林さんに登壇いただき、Zoho One を活用した社内DX推進のことや、そもそも「DXとは何か？」というようなDXの本質に迫った内容まで多岐にお話しいただきました。

Zoho CRM を中心に、Zoho Oneに含まれる各種サービスと連携して活用をしています。
自社では「SaaS事業」と「コンサル事業」の2つに分かれているのですが、各事業に適した形でサービスを利用しています。
Zoho Books とStripeの連携事例
弊社のSaaS事業では、他社のインターネット決済処理サービスであるStripeを利用しています。
StripeとZoho Booksを連携させることで、決済処理や管理をスムーズに行っています。
Zoho Booksの管理画面上で、Stripeへの連携設定が簡単に行えます。
また、項目名や自動決済処理・更新など業務の自動化も実現します。

グループワーク
今期の交流会では「Zoho CRM / Desk ワークフロー共有会」のテーマで実施しています。
今回も各テーブルことでユーザーさんにワークフローの活用法をアウトプットいただきました。
Zoho One を利用いただいているユーザーさんも多くいたことから、ワークフローを介して、サードパーティのアプリケーションや他のZohoサービスで処理を実行している事例など、その場でしか聞くことのできない貴重なお話をたくさん聞くことができました。
Zoho社員セッション：Zoho Desk FAQ解説とアップデートをご紹介
今期のユーザー交流会では、全3回とも弊社中野から上記のテーマでセッションを実施しました。
これまでも交流会のセッショントピックとして取り上げて欲しいと要望の多かったZoho Desk ですが、今回は「サポート窓口によくあるFAQ」と「最新のアップデート情報」の2軸で紹介しました。

「よくある質問と回答」では数ある機能の中でも、一部の人気機能に絞って紹介します。
「アップデート情報」では、最近のアップデートの中でも特に今後の活用促進に役立つと考えられる内容を紹介します。よくある質問への回答まとめ
数ある機能の中でも、自動化に関する機能は特にユーザーさんの興味関心が高く、質問も多くいただきます。
最新アップデートの共有
アップデート情報の1つ目は、コメント・スレッドのピン留め機能についてです。画面上部ピン留めできることで、作業途中のスレッドなどを見逃しづらくなりました。この機能の活用により、定常作業など効率も更に上がると考えられます。

懇親会（ネットワーキング）
今回も当日の参加者の多くの方が参加してくれました。各自名刺交換をしたり、談笑したりなど和やかなムードで進行しました。
Zohoサービスについての情報交換のみならず、ユーザーさん同士が各自の会社や業務などについてもお話ししている様子が見られました。
今回も懇親会は時間いっぱいまで盛り上がりました！

Hello, We are facing issues while matching vendor payments with banking feeds. As we often import products/services exchange rate comes into play. Currently, ZOHO allows only six digits for decimal places. We feel that conversions like JPY to INR requireZoho removed ability to see all Scheduled Reports!
If you are not the owner of a scheduled report, Zoho recently removed the capability to see each scheduled report. As an admin who relies on seeing all scheduled reports being sent, this is a terrible update. Now I cannot see ANY scheduled reports...even the ones I am being sent!! This should be a setting for admins to control. This is a bad update.Automate Backups
This is a feature request. Consider adding an auto backup feature. Where when you turn it on, it will auto backup on the 15-day schedule. For additional consideration, allow for the export of module data via API calls. Thank you for your consideration.GCLID and Zoho Bookings

Is there a work around for merging items? We currently have three names for one item, all have had a transaction associated so there is no deleting (just deactivating, which doesn't really help. It still appears so people are continuing to use it). I also can't assign inventory tracking to items used in past transactions, which I don't understand, this is an important feature moving forward.. Very frustrating that as an admin I cannot see what my reports my fellow admins have created and scheduled. After asking about this on the help chat, I was told the issue is trust and security. By giving someone Admin status, it means we trust them with those responsibilities. Please change this, it is not a good process to have to bother other users to change a report or change users within a report.Writer update results in BitDefender blocking it as malware
