【Zoho CRM】各タブ内の一覧表示画面のアップデート

ユーザーの皆さま、こんにちは。コミュニティチームの藤澤です。
今回はZoho CRM アップデート情報」の中から各タブ内の一覧表示画面のアップデートをご紹介します。

各タブの一覧表示では、設定条件に基づきデータを行や列で表示し、関連する詳細情報を一目で確認することが可能です。

今回のアップデートでは、タブの一覧表示で利用できる機能が増えました。

1.各行の活動ラベル(ステータス)表示

一覧表示内の各データの横に各業務のステータスのラベルが表示されるようになりました。

これにより、未完了の業務(タスク、予定、通話、予約)がある場合の抜け漏れを防ぐことができます。

 

 また、各行ごとでのタスクの追加・設定も可能になりました。

 

【補足】

新たにタブ一覧表示で活動ラベル(ステータス)が利用できるようになったタブ:

問い合わせ、請求書、見積書、受注書、発注書、キャンペーン、仕入先


 2.「フィルター基準」 オプション

これまでは、タブの一覧表示でフィルターを利用してデータを確認したい場合、画面左側に設置されているフィルターパネルから設定する必要がありました。
今回のアップデートにより、一覧表示のすべての項目列に「フィルター基準」オプションが追加され、表示されている項目を基により簡単にフィルタリングができるようになりました。


左側のフィルターパネルへのショートカットとして機能します。また、これまで同様に一覧に表示されていない項目でも、画面左側のフィルターパネルからフィルタリングが可能です。

 

3. 項目列の非表示

任意の項目を非表示にできるようになりました。



以下キャプチャのように一度に非表示にできるタブの項目列は1つだけなのでご注意ください。



4. URLのコピー 

各データ行の「その他の設定」(…)に「URLをコピーする」オプションが追加され、ユーザーが簡単にデータのURLをコピーできるようになりました。

各タブ内のデータには一意のIDを持つURLが割り当てられています。

 


Info適用範囲:US(アメリカ)、JP(日本)、CN(中国)、AU(オーストラリア)、EU(EU地域)データセンター

※上記以外のデータセンターには順次適用予定。
