今回は、「集計項目」のリリースについて紹介します。

■ 集計項目とは？
新機能としてリリースされた「集計項目」は、任意の関連リストから特定の値を指定して、その値を要約して出力、または集計できる機能です。
この機能を活用することで、データの進捗を瞬時に把握することができ、スムーズな顧客へのアプローチや効率の良い顧客管理に近づけることができます。
■ 集計項目の設定について
集計項目は、各タブ内のレイアウトから設定できます。各レイアウト画面の新しい項目から「集計」を選択して配置します。
項目を配置すると「集計の詳細」画面が表示されるので、データを集計したい値をクリックして、保存します。
保存すると、値の集計が開始されて、集計結果がデータの詳細画面に表示されるようになります。
また、ビュー画面で表示する列を設定することで、複数のデータの集計結果を一覧で確認できます。
