Allow Itemization for Recurring Expenses

Allow Itemization for Recurring Expenses

For whatever reason, one cannot itemize a Recurring Expense. This capability should be added.

The use cases to support this are largely the same as what they were to allow for itemization in Expenses. Anything that would need to be itemized for a regular Expense would need to be itemized for a Recurring Expense.

The workaround of using a Recurring Journal for this is problematic for several reasons. The transaction doesn't properly register as an Expense for reporting purposes is one big one.

The other one is that it unnecessarily increases the number of journal entries an accountant might have to sift through in the case of an audit or other review. Manual journal entries are the very first place professionals look for irregularities, and for folks like me who have many weekly itemized recurring expenses, this results in unnecessarily fishy-looking bookkeeping.
