Announcing new features in Trident for Windows (v.1.17.4.0)
Hello Community,
Trident for Windows is here with some new features to elevate your workplace communication and productivity. Let's take a quick look at what's new.
Create and manage email filters
You can now
create and edit email filters in Trident to automatically sort your emails based on predefined conditions. This reduces inbox clutter and makes it easier to organize your mailbox and prioritize important emails.
Create events, tasks, and notes from email content
You can now create
events,
tasks, and
notes from your emails by selecting the relevant text and clicking the corresponding icon. The highlighted text will automatically become the title for your event or task and the content for your note.
Create tasks from emails
In addition to creating tasks from selected text in an email, you can now also
convert an entire email into a task. The email subject will automatically become the task title, and the email content will be considered the task description.
To leverage these new features in Trident, update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:
- Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
- Select Check for Updates from the menu list.

To submit your feedback directly through the app, follow the steps below:
- Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
- Select Feedback.
- In the feedback window, enter the necessary details under Subject and Feedback Content.
- Once ready, click Submit.
