Layouts

Layouts are online forms built to capture data from the customers. 
 
Amir creates layouts for different manufacturing services provided by the organization. Customers fill these digital forms to initiate new requests (read jobs).



Blueprint

Blueprint lets you design a step-by-step flowchart for your organizational processes using a drag-and-drop flowchart builder. 
 
Amir designs blueprints to support the different workflows handled by the organization. Blueprints can also be configured to assign responsibilities, trigger webhooks, and associate custom functions.



Jobs

Work items requested by the customers are called jobs. 
 
Amir’s customers can create jobs to initiate requests. These requests are assigned to individual users or teams in the organization. This helps users to ascertain accountability for every step in the process, identify the next step to be executed, and calculate the time consumed by each user in every step.



Reports

Reports provide powerful insights into the efficiency of the organization’s workflows. 
 
Using reports, Amir measures the time taken by each user to perform different steps in the workflow, identifies bottlenecks, and refines the processes to improve the organization’s productivity.
