Best way to integrate Zoho with mobile app for managing customer requests with real-time notifications?
Hello,
I'm building a solution for a travel company where customers submit requests through a website, and the sales team manages these requests through a mobile app.
The Requirement:
- Customers fill a form on the website (name, email, number of children, etc.)
- Request data should be sent to Zoho
- Sales manager assigns requests to team members
- Team members receive instant notifications on their mobile app
- Mobile app displays list of assigned requests with all form data
- Team members communicate with customers and eventually click "Confirm Reservation" in the app
My Questions:
- What Zoho service should I use Zoho CRM for this?
- How can I send customer request data from website to Zoho?
- How do I get real-time notifications to the mobile app when new requests arrive?
- Does Zoho provide SDK for real-time sync with mobile apps?
- What's the best way for the mobile app to fetch and display request data?
What I'm Looking For: A Zoho solution that allows instant mobile notifications when requests arrive, easy assignment to team members, and clean API access for the mobile app to fetch structured data.
Any guidance on the best architecture and which Zoho products to use would be greatly appreciated!
