Comment directly on PDF and image files using Annotations
When collaborating with WorkDrive, you probably use comments to give feedback and exchange ideas on shared files. You may also use the @mention option to notify collaborators. Wouldn't it be perfect if you could share feedback specific to a particular part of the file and efficiently track all the comments?
Introducing Annotations: Easily add and track comments specific to any text or area in a file.
With Annotations, contextual suggestions help collaborators understand comments better so they can make changes and add appropriate replies.
Note: For now, you can only preview and annotate PDF and image files.
For PDFs
You can go to any particular page of the PDF document and add comments specific to any text or area on that page. This helps you proofread and share contextual feedback, respond to questions directly, and track changes regardless of the document size.
For Images
The Annotation feature allows you to add comments to any part of the image. By annotating images, you can communicate effectively during product design, troubleshooting, development, and more.
