Confirming: syncing Account data can only be one way (CRM > MA) not back (MA > CRM)
Further to my question "CRM Sync for Contacts doesn't let you see the associated Account Name"...
I've setup a periodic data sync that draws updated information from the Accounts module in CRM (fields like Employees) into the Account fields in MA. That works great.
Can I confirm that it's not possible to use a Workflow or anything else to sync Account data back to CRM? I use
Workflows to transfer data from MA to the Leads and Contacts modules in CRM but there's no access to CRM's Accounts module so this would seem to be impossible. Even a Periodic Workflow only shows you Leads and Contacts (screen-1848).
It's not the end of the world if this is the case. I just want to check my assumption is correct.
