Custom Field Type of (Image)

Is there a way to add a Custom Field Type of ' Image ' in the Candidates and Contacts Module? When I go to Setup -> Custom Fields ->Candidates->New Custom Field...there is no field type of 'Image'. Is there a way to add this? I'd also like to be able to do this in the Webforms as well. What I'm actually attempting to do is be able to add a displayable Image to the Candidates Profile, other than the fixed Avatar at the top. I'd also like for the candidates, if applying from the web, to be able to upload an Image that I can display as Image and not as a .jpg filename. Thanks so much!

Any updates on having Image Upload? I'm looking for a feature that allows users to complete my webform and Upload an image but have that image display in their webform in my database instead of a jpg. that you have to download. Currently, they can upload an image but I have to download it to my hard drive and then re-upload it to their profile online. Can this be done via the developer api or special request?

I recently set up my email to be served through Zoho. Since doing this, customers are not receiving some of our automated emails from Shopify itself.
