Deprecating Glassdoor from Zoho Recruit
Dear Customer,
Glassdoor has announced that all their ATS integrations will be deprecated as all jobs related functions will be transitioned to Indeed. This is because Glassdoor will start sourcing job feeds (XML Data) from Indeed, instead of fetching them from individual ATS integrations.
As a friendly reminder, this transition is set to complete on May 31st, 2021 and Glassdoor will be completely removed from Zoho Recruit. Please work with your internal teams to make any final adjustments necessary to accommodate this change.
If you already have an active integration with Indeed, then there is no further action required. If you haven't, kindly enable and configure the Indeed job board from Setup> Job Board Hub > Job Boards List. When you publish job openings in Indeed they will be aggregated and distributed to Glassdoor.

What does this mean for my jobs?
After May 31st, 2021 job posts and listings will be fetched from job feeds provided by Indeed. The jobs within these feeds will be surfaced on both the Indeed and Glassdoor platforms.
How will my jobs show up on both Indeed and Glassdoor?
Indeed will be providing Glassdoor job feed from Zoho Recruit and this will allow for one centralized location for troubleshooting issues & assisting with inquiries. As jobs are posted & removed, this will occur across both platforms. Additionally, any jobs that are sponsored on Indeed will be sponsored on Glassdoor too.
