Email tracking from CRM

Email tracking from CRM

I have done some extensive testing with sending emails from Zoho CRM and seeing what kind of tracking is available.
When I send an email to 1 person, the tracking does work. It goes from Sent to Opened
However, when I send an email to 2 people, the tracking does not work. It only shows as Sent.
(Regardless if I have two email addresses in 'To' or one in 'To' the other in 'cc' or 'bcc'.)

Is there a fix? I often need to send and email to multiple contacts.
