Focus Group webinars - Zoho CRM 2020 feature edition to build long-lasting customer relationships (Part 1)



Hey everyone, 

A couple of months ago, Zoho CRM pushed out its 2020 feature edition release - a collection of 16 massive, brand-new features. All these features spread across different avenues in CRM, aim to collectively enhance and drive long-lasting customer relationships. We've categorized these features based on their function in developing customer insight, experience, foundation, and intelligence. More on the individual features that fall under each of the above categories, can be found here.

This month, we're covering features that help build customer experience and develop customer insight. To smoothen their implementation, we've scheduled Focus Group webinars split across 7 sessions that individually cover all these features. We'll discuss use cases for each feature and how it fits into common business scenarios, challenges it helps combat, and walk through step-wise implementations in CRM. Our panel for the Q&A session at the end of the Focus Group includes Zoho CRM Product Managers who have seen these features built from the ground up, and will be ready to answer any questions you have.  

Each Focus Group webinar is hosted in two sessions under different time zones to enable you to join in at a time that suits you.
