Over the last month we covered half of Zoho CRM's 2020 feature edition release in a series of webinars. In these webinars, we covered new features that develop customer experience and insight. 

This month and next, we'll focus on features under the categories of CRM foundation and experience. All these features aim to collectively enhance and drive long-lasting customer relationships. We'll discuss use cases for each feature and how it fits into common business scenarios, and the challenges it helps combat. We'll walk you through step-wise implementations in CRM. Our panel for the Q&A session at the end of the Focus Group includes Zoho CRM Product Managers who have seen these features built from the ground up, and will be ready to answer any questions you have.
