Hello, we are using Surveys, CRM, and Desk presently and would like to integrate responses into the CRM (create new contacts, update contacts if one already exists, etc), create Desk tickets based on survey responses, and then implement follow up email drips / campaigns.
The problem is that all integrations with Survey seem to be per-survey. This is not really tenable, since the organization has 30 surveys of which 15 are active.
- Setting up a webhook from surveys asks me to pick a single survey
- Setting up an automated workflow targeted at Surveys from Flow asks me to pick a single survey
- According to the CRM documentation, https://www.zoho.com/survey/crm-integration.html, going that route will also prompt me to pick a single survey.
Is there no way to enable a webhook, Flow integration, CRM integration, etc that allows me to monitor all surveys?
