We are thrilled to share that we've launched a new pricing plan for Zoho Connect's Internal Networks today, April 11, 2023.
In the past few months, we've added many new features to Zoho Connect. The new pricing is an effort to accommodate and price these features in the best possible way.
The new pricing is named Starter and is offered at 10$ per month and 100$ per year (if billed annually). We kept the new pricing affordable and accessible for small teams and growing businesses.
The Starter Plan is for 25 users and offers all the essential features of Zoho Connect, such as Groups, Feeds, one-on-one chat, Forums, Manuals, audio and video calls, task management, and file sharing. In Starter Plan, users can create up to 10 Groups, 10 Boards, 10 Manuals, and 10 Integrations. Additionally, the plan includes 25 GB of storage, ensuring that teams have enough space to store and share their files.

FAQs
1. I already have a free account with Zoho Connect. What happens to my data?
Your existing data will remain as it is. But you will not be able to add additional data. This is because we've introduced certain limitations in the free plan.
For example, if you've created 5 groups, then the last 3 groups you created will continue to function as they normally do, and the first two groups will be in read-only mode. You can access the data in them. However, you will not be able to make any changes or add new data within the group.
Access to custom apps, events, and channels is restricted, meaning you cannot view any of these modules, and the users count will be limited to 5. The other user accounts in the network will be disabled.
2. How do I upgrade to the new plan?
You can enable your one-time free 15-day trial of the Starter plan. To do this: Click the Try our new plan button in the top-right corner of your Connect network.
3. How can I keep my data intact?
You can
export your additional data while on the Starter trial, or upgrade to our Starter plan once the trial is over. To learn more about this, write to us at

4. I'm using Zoho Connect's external network. Does this new pricing have any impact on the way I use my network?
No, this new pricing absolutely has no impact on the way you currently use your network. However, we've introduced certain limitations similar to internal networks in the external networks as well. The key changes are:
- Only up to 5 users
- 3 groups
- 3 manuals
- 3 boards
