Register and Launch in Zoho Show, and create new slideshow.
Choose a theme and fill in the presentation basic information.
1. Create three blank slides
On the first slide, type in your question and choices.
On the second slide, type in what you want to show the user if they pick the right choice.
On the third slide, type in what you want to show the user if they pick the wrong choice.
2. Link the correct choice (on the first slide) to the second slide (which shows the response when the correct choice is picked). Select the text in the choice and click "Insert" > "Link" , from the menu, pick "Link to slide" . Pick the second slide from the outline.
