In Zoho Recruit, tracking pixels from platforms like Facebook, Indeed, and Joveo allows you to monitor conversions and optimize your recruitment strategy.
How to Embed a Tracking Pixel
Here’s how you can set up tracking pixels on your careers page:
- Obtain the pixel URL from your third-party platform (e.g., Joveo, Facebook, Indeed).
- Go to Setup > Career Website > Career Site in Zoho Recruit and edit the Candidate Application Form.
- Paste the pixel URL in the designated field and click Save.
Note:
The pixel will only track conversions after a candidate submits their application. Make sure the URL begins with "https:". If not, add it manually to ensure the pixel works properly.
