product registration module / warranty
i need someone who can create a online/product registration module for me. Our website is based in wordpress. We need our consumers to register their product and should they need to make a warranty claim, do so online as well. One way to do this is to create using zoho creator - Registration Page o To have normal information fields o Attach scanned proof of purchase o product purchase details o Point of purchase details o Database back end for all the information. o Access to database (view or download to csv) o Users enter a unique serial number found on the product and the online module will advise if number is valid or not therefore making their product registration valid. - Claim Page o Enter claim / damage o Upload photo of damage o Unique product info
