Q3 updates for Zoho Sprints
Hello all,
I hope you are all doing great. Happy to connect and share a few updates. This quarter is filled with small yet interesting new features and enhancements. Let us take a look at them right away!
Zoho Projects integration
We successfully launched the much-awaited integration between the waterfall and the agile model. Configure your Zoho Sprints portal with Zoho Projects. Start mapping the projects, work items, log hours, and users in both applications. Learn more.
Work in progress limits
Every status on your board can now be set up with a maximum and minimum value using 'Work In Progress' limits. This will help the team stay organized with the ideal number of work items. If the status limit exceeds the allocated maximum value, you can move them to a different status to balance.
Work item checklist
Prepare a to-do-list for your work items to get things done easily. You can group a similar set of checklist items under a common checklist group. Learn more.
Custom tags
Tagging is one of the essential elements that make your work easy. Create tags for a particular set of categories and tag all the relevant work items. Bulk select and filter work items based on these tags.
Archive epics
Epics are a collection of user stories, tasks, bugs that run across multiple sprints. Once all these work items and sprints are completed, the epic is accomplished. You can now archive all the completed epics and view them later.
Export reports
You can now export reports using the 'Copy and Paste' function. All you need to do is select the window, copy the content, and paste it to your excel sheet. Now, save it as an XLS file. Learn more.
MS Teams integration
Configure your sprints portal with the Teams platform. Integrate your account with MS Teams and manage your work items across the board and backlog. Learn more.
Sync GitLab and Bitbucket issues
- You can either authorize your GitLab.com URL or the self-managed URL to configure it with Zoho Sprints.
- While associating projects to repositories, you can mark a single project as an 'Issue Project'. This will automatically sync all the upcoming issues added in the repository to the project.

HI can anyone suggest a way of autosaving or simulating an autosave function for a specific field in a form. The story is as follows. I have a bunch of technicians who write notes on how they do a repair. Sometimes they write for a couple of hours the troubleshooting process. So we've been having an issue with tracking email opens. Specifically in Gmail. Our emails are not that long either, maybe 4 sections of image/250 characters of text/button per section. But all my test accounts I used via Gmail we're showing opens. But then come to find out the tracking image is at the very bottom of the email.
