Stay informed with API Usage Alerts
Hello everyone,
We have introduced API Usage Alerts, a new feature designed to manage API usage more effectively. This feature ensures users receive notifications when their API usage reaches a set threshold. This enables admins to promptly address the situation, avoid exceeding usage limits or causing disruptions, and provide a smooth and uninterrupted API usage experience.
How it works: Admins can create alerts by setting thresholds between 50% and 100% of their daily API limit and specifying the recipients of these notifications. For example, a company might set an alert at 80% of their daily API limit and select their IT team to receive these notifications. When the API usage reaches 80%, the IT team will be promptly notified via email, allowing them to take timely action.
Benefits:
- Customize alerts by defining the alert name, threshold limit, and recipients.
- Receive timely email notifications to stay updated on your usage.
- Set appropriate thresholds to manage resources efficiently and avoid reaching critical usage limits.
- Enable or disable individual alerts as needed, or disable the entire feature, giving admins full control over notification preferences.
