Sub-items status changing with story
I'm trying to use Zoho Sprints for scrum. I want the stories to have the following statuses: To Do, Ready, Done and the stories sub-items (Tasks) to go To Do, In progress, For Review and Done.
My Kanban board should have the following columns: To Do, In Progress, For Review and Done and the tasks move across these columns within the context of a story.
I managed to sort of make this work by a) creating all the statuses b) in personal settings / customise card, I deselected Ready and Done c) I set the board view to by Swimlane and by Story.
Today was our first sprint planning. We created all the tasks and once we were happy with the content of our sprint I set all the stories to Forecasted. Then I was utterly baffled because my sprint board was empty. All the sub-items had also changed their status from To Do to Forecasted (and because I've hidden that column, they all appeared to disappear).
The status of the story should not change the status of the sub-items. Is it possible to disable it from updating the sub-item?
