Subscription Date Variables Not Displaying on Invoice When Used in Plan Description
Hello everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with displaying subscription date variables on invoices. I tried adding the variables
%SubscriptionStartDate% and %SubscriptionEndDate% directly in the plan description, expecting them to show the subscription period on the invoice. However, the variables remain empty, resulting in text like "Toeslagen voor deze duur (van tot )."When no description is provided in the plan, Zoho automatically generates a text like "Toeslagen voor deze duur (van 15-augustus-2024 tot 14-november-2024)." I would like to customize this text by including the correct date variables, but so far, it hasn't worked.
I've also attempted to use these variables in the accompanying email templates, but they remain blank there as well. I would appreciate any guidance on how to properly display these dates on the invoice or if there's a different approach I should be taking.
