TIPS AND TRICKS #8 - Collecting online payments for multiple invoices at once
Sometimes your clients will have multiple invoices due and it will be a hassle for them to get all the invoices in order to pay online. With the tips mentioned below your clients will be able to pay for multiple invoices at once online.
How does it work?
Method 1- Via client portal
◙ Make sure you have enabled client portal for the customer. You can refer to this link for steps to enable client portal for the customer.
◙ After your customer has logged in to their client portal, ask them to navigate to Invoices from left side panel.
◙ Now, they can choose the invoices they would like to pay and click on the Pay button to pay for the invoices online.
◙ If they would like to pay all the invoices at once, they can click on the Pay option under Balance Payable from the Home screen of the client portal.
Pro tip - Customers can pay for a maximum of 50 invoices at once.
Method 2- Via invoice public link
◙ The customer needs to first access an invoice link sent to them.
◙ Now, they can click on the Pay Now button near Total Payable Amount via Online Payments to pay for all the overdue invoices in one go.
