Most businesses will have customers from foreign countries. In that case, you might need to display different bank account details in their invoices. With a few simple steps, you can easily create a new template with the necessary bank details and associate it with the respective customer.
How does it work?
◙ Navigate to Settings > Templates > Invoices. Click New in the top-right corner.
◙ Choose a template and a language for the template.
◙ From the following page, provide a unique name for the template.
◙ Click Add your bank details and enter your bank details. Click Preview.
◙ Click
Save.
◙ Navigate to the respective customer profile and click More in the top-right corner of the screen.
◙ Choose
Associate Templates and, from the drop down near
Invoice PDF,
choose the new template name, and click
Save.
Once done, the new invoice template along with the bank details will be used whenever an invoice is created for the respective customer.
