Zoho Finance Limitations 2.0: #21 Tracking Serial Numbers for products with transactions
Scenario:
User sells widgets and decides at a later date to track serial numbers. The user is unable to do so because the following error pops up:
Almost there, but...
- Serial Number cannot be enabled for items which already have transactions
What is the proposed solution to get around this issue?
If migrating to Zoho Inventory, how can we import data and also track serials?
