Video tip # 01: Customize theme properties for your slides
Hello everyone,
We are excited to launch our video tip series in the Zoho Show community to help you learn about your favorite online presentation software.
Let's begin this series with the first feature you'll encounter when you start creating a presentation in Show: Themes.
With Zoho Show's wide-range of themes, you can pick the one that best suits your purpose.
The theme gallery window allows you to choose from the available presets and preview its layouts and schemes on the top-right corner.
Each theme comes with its own set of layouts, fonts, and color schemes to provide consistency. You can change the theme and customize its properties any time to give your presentation a different look.
Watch this video to find out how you can customize artistic themes for your presentations using Show.

Hello, In a Zoho Desk Ticket thread, sometimes one of the recipients has auto-reply activated. This creates a new message in the Ticket thread that not only pollutes the thread, but most importantly cannot be replied properly because usually auto-reply e-mails don't do "reply all", so the other recipients are not included. I want to delete such a message in the Ticket thread. I am trying to work out how to create different page layouts based on a specified module pick list field value, like the Salesforce feature where you can define multiple record types and then create custom page layouts for each record type.
