Working remotely with Cliq: How to host a meeting efficiently via GroupCall and Live Video Feed in Remote Work.

Group Call in Remote Work
Nothing better than a live team interaction to brainstorm new ideas but working remotely the next close thing is group call. Group call in Remote Work facilitates both audio and video call. In an audio group call you can add up to 18 people and can have up to 9 people on a face to face video call.

Waste no time, stream in a chat directly for a group call.
Streaming a chat is beneficial in scenarios where a stakeholder of a team needs to collaborate with another team regarding a product requirement, say the head of sales team has a new requirement proposed by a client, the sales head can get on a quick group call by streaming in the development team channel and discuss on the possible ways to implement it.
On a lighter note, if you're all working remotely, teams can catch up on each other's well-being and weekly progress by getting on a group video call.
A conversation with just the key stakeholders
For instance, say you're gearing up for your project's release and want to have a quick discussion and go over the checklist. You might want to bring in only the key stakeholders for a quick discussion, if that's the case, then all you've got to do is:

Bonus tip: When you create a group call by adding individual participants, a group chat is created along with it. During the group call this chat can be used for sending messages or files to support the context of your conversation. Later this chat can be leveraged to provide insight about the discussions of the meeting to the members in the channel who could not join the group call.
Making your long boring meetings lively and contextual
Add reactions to express your interest in the conversations. Share screens to your teams for better contextual explanations. We suggest flipping to flim strip view while sharing screens for better focus.
Take notes!
Access Notebook by clicking on the Menu button in the conference window ---> click on Notes then jot down the significant points, list of tasks and more during the group call and save it directly to Zoho notebook, vice-versa access your existing notes in a jiff to present the meeting’s agenda or your thoughts on the topic. Focus during presentations and hear collectively while you ideate!
Use "Film Strip view" in scenarios where there is an active speaker addressing the rest of the audience to minimize distraction.
Use "Gallery view" for discussions, brainstorming ideas or any scenario that involves collective decision-making.

Your privacy in your clutches
You have absolute control over enabling your Live video feed. Your organizational members can view your feed based on the permission privileges set by the admin and by no means can the admin force you or can himself enable your Live Video Feed.
Know who is viewing your feed
When someone is viewing your live video feed, there's an eye icon that appears near your live feed view. You can view the members who view your live video feed by hovering over the eye icon.
Live Video Feed is completely configurable
Organization admins have the power to configure permission privileges for Live Video Feed based on which the members will be able to view your feed. Read this to know more about Live video feed permission privileges.
