The basis of personalized selling is in understanding your customers' behavior and choices, so you can pitch them the right products. Depending on your customer base and the size of your organization, it can take months or even years of monitoring to learn about their likes and dislikes. Parameters like business growth, client base expansion, and other factors will play a major role in reshaping your existing assumptions, but these factors are likely to go unnoticed or slip through the silos of information when you are evaluating manually.
