Multi-organization Support - stay signed into multiple Cliq Organizations on Mobile Phone and Web apps
I am trying to advocate Zoho One for many organizations that I influence. I serve on the board of some organizations that we plan to convert to Cliq and am a member of multiple other organizations that some are already using Cliq and others we are working on converting. The problem is I need to stay signed into multiple Cliq organizations on the web and mobile phone applications so that chat requests will notify me. This was possible with Slack, but there does not seem to be any multi-org support
Mark Cliq messages as unread
Hi, I would appreciate the ability to mark a Cliq message as unread, so that it adds a line indicating unread content, and there is an unread indicator next to the person/channel on the left navigation bar. Thank you
Schedule a Cliq Message
There are many times when I am up late working or working on weekends when I want to send a team member a Cliq message but do not wish to disturb them during their off time. It would be really great if I could schedule the Cliq message to be delivered

Option to specify or disable "Idle" times in preferences
It seems strange to me that my Cliq shows me as "Idle" when I'm using the PC and available just because I haven't interacted with Cliq in a while. I'm far from "Idle" so we're just treating "Idle" and "Available" to mean the same thing. I'd like to suggest a setting to change the timeout or even disable the automatic "Idle" mode.
Channel muted unless @ mentioned
Can we get a mute option that allows us to mute a channel unless we are directly @ mentioned or our team is @mentioned? I know a response could be to make more specific channels, but we have some cross collaboration and people have been known to mute
Desktop Notifications Indicator
Hi, please consider adding a visible indication of new messages in the system tray / indicator panel icon. I'm not sure if it's already like that on the other platforms, I'm using Ubuntu. Maybe by default it can be a grey-scale icon and then change to color if a new message arrives, or contain a badge with an unread counter? Also make it configurable to only behave like this for direct messages / mentions or all messages. I'm finding that I'm missing new messages because I got used to glancing at

I'm assessing Zoho Cliq's features and while the API functionality is everything that meets my needs, I want to know if there is currently a way to embed Zoho Cliq into my own website, or if there is a consistent way to get a URL into a specified Zoho Cliq chat channel. Screen Share
I like that Cliq offers a screen share option, but I think you need to offer screen share that does not require audio/video. We have users that use desktop computers without any mic or camera and are unable to use the screen share option. Also, another nice-to-have feature would be the ability to control someone's PC through the screen share feature (similar to Zoho Assist).

It is great that we have the possibility to do voice and video chat with Cliq. I find myself sometimes in a situation where I would like to show my screen and for that, I need to ask my colleagues to switch to Zoho Meeting or Assist. My IT Department focus on keeping our startup team obeying on our company policy. Recently, My other staff reported that 2 of my staffs misuse the chat history. Selling stuffs which is unrelated on their work. saying bad words or backstabbing to co officemate. Since, we cannot check the chat history. We had difficulties on finding the solution on this case.

The management dont want to tolerate this and want the admin level access to monitor all the messages in channel and PM/Chat history. Is there possible?

here's another efficiency enhancement to help users switch between chats. user story: as a cliq user when i have an unread message in a channel or direct message, i would like the ability to use the search or spotlight search shortcut then immediately click enter so that cliq can automatically switch me to the most recent "unread" message, without me having to manually type in the name of the channel/contact or to use my mouse. i've used other business messaging apps like cliq, slack, rivr, etc.
