IMAP Error with Outlook
Set up Account as IMAP in Outlook correctly. It was enabled at the website. At the test connection, it logged me in properly. But the test message failed and the message said "ERR-this user is not authenticated". I gave up and set it up successfully as a "pop" account. But can you tell me what that error means and how to fix it? ThanksZoho site extremely slow and buggy for the past two hours
Hi, Sorry if I am reporting something already known, but it is difficult for me right now to check and see if someone already reported it and I can't see any announcement. The Zoho mail app and the zoho site in general are currently extremely slow and time out often, they are completely unusable for us at the moment. There is nothing wrong with our internet connection, Google mail / Facebook any other site load fast. We are only experiencing this problem with Zoho for the past two hours. Hello, I have just come to know that there is a "China data server". My business is based in China, all my settings are set to China, including timezones and addresses etc, right from the start. But I got my account from zoho.com which automatically gave me an international data center account. Never even informed me or asked my for a choice. In accounts.zoho.com you can set your locale to the country you are in. (The Netherlands for me for example). Yet when I use reports all the currency values are in $ dollars, when we clearly use the € euro. It is a huge amount of extra work to go column by column (have a few hundred columns with currency data) to format the columns one by one to €(Dutch) The currency really should be throughout the entire property of Zoho (each and every app) based on the locale of the user. In the account settings under preferences it is possible to switch calender format but not unit of measurement. It is awkward for Europeans to be forced to use inches instead of centimeters in apps such as Zoho Writer for page margins, etc. Could Zoho please add a function in the account settings to choose between inches and centimeters. Hello, Of course Zoho is having issues, as I explained in my analysis to Zoho eight months ago. Zoho products were based on Google API and if Google changes the API, Zoho Corp is equally effected. Google Docs has ceased operations! Therefore Writer, Show, and Sheets are well, possibly on its way out... at least for the Google borrowed API. Google Docs is now Google Drive which requires a Google Play and Google Wallet account. No tablet or mobile device has access to Google Play unless it hasOthers Can Delete My Account!!
I don't know if this is an error or a design flaw (from my point of view) -- but I was alarmed. I invited a user to join my organization, and after he did, I was given power to DELETE his entire account (Not just remove it from my organization). According to documents i've found in Internet, i can login to Zoho using Google Apps account (here, for example: http://blogs.zoho.com/general/login-to-zoho-with-your-google-apps-account) But when i try to do this it, Google asks me " Zoho.com is asking for some information from your Google Account. I have sent several emails and tweets about my email being blocked with no reply, the reply time is becoming quite horrible in some regards.
