Zoho User Groups Community Meetup
A Zoho Community Meetup event was supposed to take place yesterday. I was able to join but nothing happened. There was also absolutely no way for me to contact the organizer or report a problem. I also had no way of contacting support on the main webpage

Different Zoho subscriptions for one organization
Hi, We have subscribed Zoho Workplace recently. We would like to subscribe Zoho Connect (only for a set of users) and Zoho One - Flex for another set of users. Zoho Workplace=5 licenses Zoho One Flexible = 2 license Zoho Connect = 25 licenses Is this possible? If yes, how can I do it because I could not understand how licensing and organization management works. Regards

re-attach Zoho Writer with Google Drive
When the integration between Zoho and Google Drive was launched I have disconnected them, due to what seemed to me then over-granting of privileges. I now tried to use Zoho Writer from Google Drive, and could not find a way to re-attach Writer to Google Drive. Is there any way to do this? Thanks, Ilan

How can I tell what products we have subscribed to as a company?
Do I have access to use any of the products listed on my account page? (see screenshot). How can I tell which ones are paid and which ones are trials or limited free editions? I am not the admin, just an end user.
How to increase the font size in the browser
Normally, if I find the font too small to read, I just hold down CTRL button while scrolling the mouse wheel to make the font larger. But this does not work on zoho spreadsheets. Any way to increase the displayed font size in the browser? I am using linux mint with firefox in case that makes a difference. Otherwise I really like this site and the secure login.

Change the main account
I have recently acquired two licenses of Zoho. However, my google account was linked to ZoHo as the main account, which cannot be deactivated. However, my plan was to set another account as the main account. Is it possible to change the main account?

Configuring Users (google Apps) to multiple Zoho Modules
Hello all - I`m having problem to organize my users. I use a few Zoho applications (Zoho Invoice, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, etc.) As i`m using it as developer/adm account i have no problem using Zoho to me, but my question is how to organize a few others users to have access to the same applications i`m using. Should I just invite who is on my domain? Google Apps to login would be great to me, but how can i configure that? Thanks, Kleber Alcatrao
Issue in using JQuery dropdownchecklist control inside div
I am trying to use Jquery dropdownchecklist control. There is some problem using dropdownchecklist control inside div. It doesn't allow to select some of the options of the dropdown.when control is added outside div , it works fine. When country select box is added outside div , Japan option is enable When country select box is added inside div , Japan option is disable. can anyone help me , to resolve this issue ?
Is there a way to streamline apps together?
I use the Zoho Invoice, support and CRM apps. Right now I have to have three tabs open. Is there a way to have one tab open and toggle between the three Zoho apps? For example, on Zoho Invoices there is a drop down where you can change to some other Zoho apps. Zoho is pretty awesome, one thing I find it the UI is not consistent. Thanks for your help and great products.

Hello, I have searched and cannot find an answer yet to my issue. I would like to be able to set a start or new format for ticket IDs. something like MMDD-#### or just start from 100. ZOHO Tasks - please add "View Only" privileges
ZOHO Tasks is a nearly perfect fit for my purposes, but it would be great if I could assign "View Only" privileges to some of my team members. This would allow them to watch a task's progress without being assigned to it. Glen

Hi, the invoice widget that can be added to the dashboard won't display any invoice data and errors with Zoho Invoice API can be accessed only over a secure connection like https. But the page connection is already https. Any ideas? Ta.

IMAP Error with Outlook
Set up Account as IMAP in Outlook correctly. It was enabled at the website. At the test connection, it logged me in properly. But the test message failed and the message said "ERR-this user is not authenticated". I gave up and set it up successfully as a "pop" account. But can you tell me what that error means and how to fix it? Thanks
