Unable to see Customer Table when creating a New P.O.
I just got this problem. When I try to create a new P.O., I suppose to search customer from a Customer Table. But now when I select the table, I am not able to see the list of customers. Please help!Lining up a Decision Check Box
When using a decision check box it lines up to the left edge even when the Field Alignment is set to Right. This makes the form difficult to read. This is the only field type with the label to the right of the data entry portion. Perhaps the label can line up with data entry portion of the other fields on the form. Hello, I am running a business, which has 2 branches for the moment. This will change in the near future with a third and a fourth branch. I would like that each branch, after logging in, can only see their customers, their employess etc. As also, after logging in, only specific fields on the forms will be active depending of the logged user. There are two broad categories of criticism we get in Zoho Creator (and Zoho in general): 1. I asked for this simple thing months, years ago, it is still not done. Ive traced my issue to the fact that when multiple checkboxes are selected that the form is getting stuck in "please wait" message when a user tries to submit. I have figured out that if you just check one box in each section, the form will submit fine. Can you please advise on how to resolve this? Ive shared the app for development in case you need access. Has anyone been able to figure out a way to customize the background color (javascript, css) when embedding a view? I'm aware that a form has the background color set as transparent, but the iframe for a view only renders a white background. Note: I'm using the professional theme which has a "taupe?" background, but this does not show when using an iframe window. Any thoughts?Lookup in a formula

I don't mean true threading (ability to reply to replies, etc.), but has anyone found a good way to duplicate the kind of simple Add Note functionality found in something like Zoho Project? Here's how it works: 1. When you go to a task there's an Add Note box. 2. You type your note and click the Add Note button. 3. Upon submit the page refreshes showing your note, which can't be edited/deletedI've by anyone but you. The note is followed with "by [your_name] on [the_date]" 4. @ZOHO Creator Once again I find there are suddenly broken scripts in a business-critical app due to some sort of platform update or change which you have made and which you have not properly tested or warned users about prior to roll out. I have not edited the scripts in question recently. Please roll back the problematic update/changes as a matter of urgency. Seeing one has to use the Zoho Creator forum extensively to get anything done, here is an issue i have found when searching for ideas In the search field use the term "add row" this will give you 16 results U can see the firs page of 10 results Go the the next page, you see nothing..and u can never find the next 6 results. Also with this term u cant sort by date it just goes blank If you use add row in the search field it works and of course i have the time to search the 100 results (NOT)Limiting User Access / Views
We are having difficulties in limiting our case manager to viewing only their own records. We have a case manager view where the case manager names are associated to their email addresses. For security reasons we would like to limit each case manager to only see file that are assigned to them. A zoho tech provided the following code: cm_email=zoho.loginuserid which was entered into the pipeline view, and it seemed to work for the agents, however being logged in as admin I could not see any of thebugs in search and auto-complete feature
I noticed this just got turned back on. Please note the following bugs in lookup fields with this option turned on: When an ID value is passed to a form via a querystring parameter (in order to pre-populate a lookup field on page load) the ID number itself is now shown in the lookup field's search box instead of the fields specified in the "advanced display options". E.g. "6123124...." instead of "Bob Smith" in a "Name" lookup. The search function does not work as expected with advanced display options.Keep Leading 0

The Reports capability in Creator is nice to quickly display data, but opening the data in Zoho Sheets does not help the user make changes to the data. Is there a way to specify a View to open with criteria set by the Report data. Example for Pivot Table: Date = x axis Number of Sales = y axis Product = data Clicking on the 'Product' number hyperlink in the pivot table displays the data in Zoho Sheets. Could a pre-selected View open instead with the same criteria, Date, # of Sales and Product.I cannot share a form to make it public to all now
