Best way to share/download presentation files in Zoho without losing formatting?
Hello Zoho Community, I often work with PPT/PDF files in Zoho Docs and share them with colleagues. While PDFs usually give a direct download option, I’ve noticed that PPT/PPTX files sometimes only open in the viewer without a clear download link. I'm wondering if it's possible to make a document publicly accessible (no sign-in required) that also allows anyone with the link to EDIT, not just view. I'm generating a list of check-in questions and want this document to be collaborative, with people adding to the list without having to grant access to every single individual wanting to contribute. I am confused after having made certain changes to the folders and files by way of reorganising them my changes were not reflected in Zoho Docs as viewed thru the web. On checking the Folders selected in the Windows app settings I found that Docs was still syncing the old content structure and did not even reference or know of the new folders created. My only solution was to disconnect Zoho Docs in the windows app and then reconnect but even that did not show the new files structure when I selectedAdvanced User Permissions and Sharing
Just started using ZDocs. It appears that the security settings are blanket, in that all users either can or cannot save or publish all files in the system that are shared. This obviously makes no sense as there could be thousands of documents, each with its own needs for sharing and publishing. My question is: 1. I have a mail merge that occurs when a form is submitted. The merged information is date and time. The date filed populates in the format I want however the time is converted to 24 hours time. Hi! I have successfully emailed documents to my Zoho account using my designated e-mail address. I have tried to have some system generated reports emailed to the same email address, with no success. Is there any way to see an error log? Does my system email address need to be a designated user? Hello, after a few years I'm back to Zoho Docs, using them on a Surface Go and syncing through all my devices (Macs/iPhone/Android phones/etc). I installed the Zoho Writer plugin for Microsoft Edge browser. But still can't see the "offline" documents part (that's pretty important for me!) I have been given admin access to Workspaces created by another user and they have shared all there files with me. The main user has the ability to move files to workspaces, but I do not.
