From reading previous posts, it sounds like it was a design decision to not have the chat box feature in Webinar. As I understand it, the rationale is that a webinar is a one to many presentation whereas a meeting is a more collaborative event. I'd like you to reconsider having chat box as part of the webinar. The way we do webinars is we have the person(s) talking and we also have a co-organizer who acts as a Producer and interacts with the Q&A. A great addition to Zoho Meeting would be to show an icon next to anyone talking or making noise. This is super helpful in meeting with more than a few people in case there is feedback, background noise, or just to identify quickly who is talking. We just had a webinar with a "hot-mic" incident. A co-organizer joined but could not hear us on the webinar. Thinking she hadn't properly joined, she started being "verbal" in her efforts to troubleshoot. Some of the language was not the greatest! Multifeed video is great and works well. To make it even better, it would be useful to quickly see who is speaking. When you have 25 thumbnails on the screen, it can take a moment to see who is talking. Just as the title says....it is difficult to create a meeting via downloading an .ics file and then uploading it to the google calendar. Please consider adding a Google account connector so that we can add events directly, as other platforms do. this will allow my customers to also add directly, rather than using an outdated .ics upload method which is confusing to them. I see this as an important issue, because if attendees cannot easily schedule meetings on their calendar, they will not showURL Parameters

Similar to GoToMeeting, allow the system administrator to specify which dial-in numbers are included in the invite by default. They should also be able to specify the primary number e.g. UK, with additional extra ones e.g. France, Italy. During the creation of the meeting, they can also add extra locale numbers or remove default ones not required for that specific meeting.Zoho Meeting functionality like zoom.us

When using the phone option for conference calls some other web conference tools have an option to enter your own phone number and then the conference line calls you, rather than you having to manually dial in for the call. It can be more convenient this way.Active Speaker view (without myself)

It would be nice if the end user could make a shared screen their full screen size and overlay the video feeds so that the screen size doesn't get shrunk down to show the other attendees camera feeds during a presentation. It would be great if Zoho Meeting had an option to show the person currently talking in a bigger window, ie, full screen.. This works on the iPad version for Zoho Meeting, where I can see a full screen if whoever currently speaks. But in Zoho Meeting‘s desktop version I can only see all participants in a same size window. If there are a lot of participants than the windows get really small. Hello, I used Zoho meeting on sat 6/26. I was able to share my desktop and the meeting went very well. Suggestion: Currently, when setting up a meeting / Creating a meeting there is the option set the date and time however, there is no end time option.
