Calendar invites for Microsoft Teams dont show link correctly
When i copy a link for a meeting scheduled in teams and paste into a zoho calendar schedule the link to the teams meeting comes up as long script - as opposed to aa consolidated link - see attachment. people are saying this doesnt allow them to join theCan't login to mobile app

After months of use suddenly this morning the mail app (latest version) is crashing when I try to open it rendering it useless. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have rebooted the iPad. The iPad OS is 11.0.2. I am using ZOHO CRM mobile on iPhone 5 and Android. Accounts near me - feature does not work either on iPhone nor on Android. I could not yet match a reason why it does not display any accounts nearby. Adress information is completely and identically placed in shipping and billing adress. Pressing the button displays the message both on Android and iPhone: No Accounts found. We need to visualize our sales metrics on the CRM mobile App (Both Android and iOS). According to this link (https://www.zoho.com/crm/mobile/sales-app.html?src=ft), in the dashboard >> favorites App menu, it's possible to visualize different types of reports (Created on the favoritve section in our CRM account), but we already tried on Android and iOS and it has not worked. Hello, The three people in our company all have the same Last Name. We have noticed the following buggy behavior with the app for iPhone (we're all using iOS version 4.3.5 on iPhone 4): If a user who is not the Contact Owner tries to update information in a field that already has information in it, the field will not update and display to the other CRM users. For example: Ashley is the owner of a contact. Steve found out that the customer changed their phone number and goes to update it on hisZoho not logging calls automatically

Hi Zoho Team, I have been running the Zoho mail app on iOS8 with an iphone 6, and after disabling push notifications once I have not been able to successfully re-enable them. I have tried: - signing out, then back in on the app itself - removing, then re-installing the app - ending all sessions in the settings section on the desktop UI - deleting all the API tokens in the settings section on the desktop UI Upon re-installing I should be prompted by iOS to allow push notifications (which I am not).Calendar invites (.ics attachment) missing when viewing email on mobile site
When someone sends me a calendar invite as a .ics attachment, the attmnt isn't shown when I access the email on the mobile site. In a browser on a pc the attachment is there. This means that I can't see the details of the invite on my mobile device. My device is a Sony Experia Mini Pro running Android 2.3.4. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Hi Community Has anyone been able to solve the problem of iphone not being able to pickup incoming calls in the Zoho CRM app? I know it can be done if you have a PBX system, but I just have myself and an iphone. Surely there must be a way to do this. I created a sample sheet online. When I log in with the mobile site on my Blackberry Curve I run into problems. I can see the file I created along with the welcome file. Android 8.0.0 Knox version 3.1 API levbel 25 Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime L.S. I am stuck in a continuous 'Sign In'-loop on my Android Phone for several mobile apps: Notes & Projects. This is how it goes: I fill in the login information, hit enter and it asks me to 'Choose an account', or 'Add an account'. I tried both options several times. However, whether I select the correct account, or I click 'add account' I am always being brought back to the same 'Sign In' page. Unfortunately after one of the recent updates you did in the Zoho CRM mobile we are not able anymore to read the complete a note for contacts, only partially. If we want to read it in full the only way is to press the button "edit" and then scroll it what is not really the best way to get this information. Hello Zoho Team, I tried the function "leads near me" and after 15minutes only the 52% was downloaded = 21 names (my DB is about 2000 names spread all over the country so I expect to find in the radius of 10M no more than 20-50 names). In other words it is impossibile to use it because it is expected to offer a quick help while in the trafic to recover a meeting etc etc. and one can't wait 15 minutes (!) to see an aswer. I am contacting you because we are having trouble uploading the blackberry app to my boss's phone. I have contacted support several times. He has a newer blackberry with all the right settings. One of our field workers has noticed that when he adds a note to a "Contact", the note is not visible from the corresponding "Account" record. We expect that this functionality should work as it does through a browser session - where the note added to "Contact" is visible from both "Contact" and "Account". Hello, we have succesfully embeded Zoho CRM Bookings in a website. The popup is working OK on Desktop screens, but not on mobile. To replicate, simply embed any Zoho CRM Booking to a website, execute it on Desktop and execute it on mobile. You will realizefilters and sort views
in the mobile app, when choosing a filter or a sorting method, the app will always resort back to some default filter or sorting view after leaving and returning. is there any way to keep my preference of sorting / filters for each type of screen? in projects/tasks id always like to sort by task list. on the home screen, in my tasks, id prefer the filter to default to "Today". im sure others have different preferences which makes even more sense for the app to "store" our view settings in each areaNo access to contact categories in Zoho Mail Apps

Good day, how can I add additional values to the app? I scan regulary business cards, but I would like to add them to the custom field values I created in my Zoho CRM. But it looks like that in the app it is fix to choose one from the given values. For example how do we get the lead, I do not need "cold call" but I would like to add the certain event.
