Can't login to mobile app
I set up an email on my own domain. I can receive and send emails in the web interface and everything seems to be working as it should. However, I can't log into the Zoho Mail mobile app on both my phone and tablet. When I enter my login information,Calendar invites for Microsoft Teams dont show link correctly
When i copy a link for a meeting scheduled in teams and paste into a zoho calendar schedule the link to the teams meeting comes up as long script - as opposed to aa consolidated link - see attachment. people are saying this doesnt allow them to join theZoho mail app crashing on open - iPad pro
After months of use suddenly this morning the mail app (latest version) is crashing when I try to open it rendering it useless. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have rebooted the iPad. The iPad OS is 11.0.2. Hello, The three people in our company all have the same Last Name. We have noticed the following buggy behavior with the app for iPhone (we're all using iOS version 4.3.5 on iPhone 4): If a user who is not the Contact Owner tries to update information in a field that already has information in it, the field will not update and display to the other CRM users. Hi i try to sync my windows phone 8 with zoho like it is showing on http://zsync.zohosites.com/Windows.html But i getting consistantly the error code 80004005 with the message there is a problem during the snyc..... any ideas? When someone sends me a calendar invite as a .ics attachment, the attmnt isn't shown when I access the email on the mobile site. In a browser on a pc the attachment is there. This means that I can't see the details of the invite on my mobile device. My device is a Sony Experia Mini Pro running Android 2.3.4. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? I am using ZOHO CRM mobile on iPhone 5 and Android. Accounts near me - feature does not work either on iPhone nor on Android. I could not yet match a reason why it does not display any accounts nearby. Adress information is completely and identically placed in shipping and billing adress. Pressing the button displays the message both on Android and iPhone: No Accounts found. Contacts near me - on Android it displays only one of 3 available contacts within the same account which is placed nearby.Zoho not logging calls automatically

We need to visualize our sales metrics on the CRM mobile App (Both Android and iOS). According to this link (https://www.zoho.com/crm/mobile/sales-app.html?src=ft), in the dashboard >> favorites App menu, it's possible to visualize different types of reports (Created on the favoritve section in our CRM account), but we already tried on Android and iOS and it has not worked. Hi Zoho Team, I have been running the Zoho mail app on iOS8 with an iphone 6, and after disabling push notifications once I have not been able to successfully re-enable them. I have tried: - signing out, then back in on the app itself - removing, then re-installing the app - ending all sessions in the settings section on the desktop UI - deleting all the API tokens in the settings section on the desktop UI Upon re-installing I should be prompted by iOS to allow push notifications (which I am not).Android Mail App Not Updating / No Notifications

I know it can be done if you have a PBX system, but I just have myself and an iphone. Surely there must be a way to do this. Android 8.0.0 Knox version 3.1 API levbel 25 Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime L.S. I am stuck in a continuous 'Sign In'-loop on my Android Phone for several mobile apps: Notes & Projects. This is how it goes: I fill in the login information, hit enter and it asks me to 'Choose an account', or 'Add an account'. I tried both options several times. However, whether I select the correct account, or I click 'add account' I am always being brought back to the same 'Sign In' page. Unfortunately after one of the recent updates you did in the Zoho CRM mobile we are not able anymore to read the complete a note for contacts, only partially. If we want to read it in full the only way is to press the button "edit" and then scroll it what is not really the best way to get this information. This is really a bad situation I expect to have you correcting asap. Please inform when we can get this fix.unable to read notes by others

Hello, we have succesfully embeded Zoho CRM Bookings in a website. The popup is working OK on Desktop screens, but not on mobile. To replicate, simply embed any Zoho CRM Booking to a website, execute it on Desktop and execute it on mobile. You will realizeleads/account/contact near me don't work
Hello Zoho Team, I tried the function "leads near me" and after 15minutes only the 52% was downloaded = 21 names (my DB is about 2000 names spread all over the country so I expect to find in the radius of 10M no more than 20-50 names). In other words it is impossibile to use it because it is expected to offer a quick help while in the trafic to recover a meeting etc etc. and one can't wait 15 minutes (!) to see an aswer. I have set up a number of contact categories for my organization. When I compose an email using a web browser these categories are visible. When I compose an email using your Android or iOS Apps no contact categories are visible. Is this expected? IfMobile App
One of our field workers has noticed that when he adds a note to a "Contact", the note is not visible from the corresponding "Account" record. We expect that this functionality should work as it does through a browser session - where the note added to "Contact" is visible from both "Contact" and "Account". I am contacting you because we are having trouble uploading the blackberry app to my boss's phone. I have contacted support several times. He has a newer blackberry with all the right settings. I was able to set up the app on my blackberry and it is much older than his phone. I am having issues not being able to open contacts or accounts through the mobile app. It was working fine but has stopped now. It just hangs/freezes everytime I try. I have used my android phone in the past to make edits to accounts, notes, events, whatever and have seen the updates when I log into my desktop. This was my first time using my iPad to make edits & absolutely none of my notes are there. Hi, it seems that I have issues when working from web-based Zoho CRM and iPhone/iPad app. The issue is that when I enter some data in one, it cannot be found in the other. Specifically - I have created an event in iPhone app, added a note for it and saved. When I look in the web-based app. I can see the person, the event, but CANNOT see the note.
