Zoho mail app crashing on open - iPad pro
After months of use suddenly this morning the mail app (latest version) is crashing when I try to open it rendering it useless. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have rebooted the iPad. The iPad OS is 11.0.2. When the home button is double clicked showing all open apps, the email app is there, swipe up it “closes” but it never opens for use.

Calendar invites (.ics attachment) missing when viewing email on mobile site
When someone sends me a calendar invite as a .ics attachment, the attmnt isn't shown when I access the email on the mobile site. In a browser on a pc the attachment is there. This means that I can't see the details of the invite on my mobile device. My device is a Sony Experia Mini Pro running Android 2.3.4. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? (I have added same post to 'Calendar' forum)
CRM mobile app - near me features do not work properly
I am using ZOHO CRM mobile on iPhone 5 and Android. Accounts near me - feature does not work either on iPhone nor on Android. I could not yet match a reason why it does not display any accounts nearby. Adress information is completely and identically placed in shipping and billing adress. Pressing the button displays the message both on Android and iPhone: No Accounts found. Contacts near me - on Android it displays only one of 3 available contacts within the same account which is placed nearby.

Analytics on CRM Mobile App not working
We need to visualize our sales metrics on the CRM mobile App (Both Android and iOS). According to this link (https://www.zoho.com/crm/mobile/sales-app.html?src=ft), in the dashboard >> favorites App menu, it's possible to visualize different types of reports (Created on the favoritve section in our CRM account), but we already tried on Android and iOS and it has not worked. Only the text lists show up, but none the graphic reports. How can we visualize this information/reports? Thanks

Push notifications no longer working
Hi Zoho Team, I have been running the Zoho mail app on iOS8 with an iphone 6, and after disabling push notifications once I have not been able to successfully re-enable them. I have tried: - signing out, then back in on the app itself - removing, then re-installing the app - ending all sessions in the settings section on the desktop UI - deleting all the API tokens in the settings section on the desktop UI Upon re-installing I should be prompted by iOS to allow push notifications (which I am not).
Android Mail App Not Updating / No Notifications
On my android phone, the Zoho Mail app isn't updating my inbox unless I manually update it, and I never get any notifications of new mail. I have push notifications enabled. Is there a problem with the push notifications? Thanks!
Incoming calls on iphone
Hi Community Has anyone been able to solve the problem of iphone not being able to pickup incoming calls in the Zoho CRM app? I know it can be done if you have a PBX system, but I just have myself and an iphone. Surely there must be a way to do this. I don't believe it's because "Apple has locked it down" as Zoho states, otherwise the PBX systems wouldn't work either. Who is the guru who can solve this?

Not Logging Phone Calls Anymore
About a week ago, the app on my phone stopped logging the phone calls I was making. Tried deleting and reinstalling and still didn't work. Anyone else have the same problem?
Problem to read notes in Zoho CRM mobile in Android (version 1.12.1)
Unfortunately after one of the recent updates you did in the Zoho CRM mobile we are not able anymore to read the complete a note for contacts, only partially. If we want to read it in full the only way is to press the button "edit" and then scroll it what is not really the best way to get this information. This is really a bad situation I expect to have you correcting asap. Please inform when we can get this fix.

Hello Zoho Team, I tried the function "leads near me" and after 15minutes only the 52% was downloaded = 21 names (my DB is about 2000 names spread all over the country so I expect to find in the radius of 10M no more than 20-50 names). One of our field workers has noticed that when he adds a note to a "Contact", the note is not visible from the corresponding "Account" record. We expect that this functionality should work as it does through a browser session - where the note added to "Contact" is visible from both "Contact" and "Account". issues downloading the blackberry app

Cant open accounts or contact through mobile version
I am having issues not being able to open contacts or accounts through the mobile app. It was working fine but has stopped now. It just hangs/freezes everytime I try. Some other forums notes say that it is in Beta version on on the roadmap, but I don't see how when it is clearly shown on the mobile menu. Are you supposed to be able to access accounts and contact through mobile version or not? If not what is the point of having mobile version??
Information entered in iPad App not showing up in desktop version
I have used my android phone in the past to make edits to accounts, notes, events, whatever and have seen the updates when I log into my desktop. This was my first time using my iPad to make edits & absolutely none of my notes are there. I am now having to re-enter my notes, into the desktop version, which defeats the purpose of using the app.
mobile login problem
I log into zoho mobile via android and I will get a blank screen with "Sign Out" at the bottom. I log out and then log back in and all the zoho modules appear. Can you please look into this? thanks

Synchronization issue with Mobile Edition
Hi, it seems that I have issues when working from web-based Zoho CRM and iPhone/iPad app. The issue is that when I enter some data in one, it cannot be found in the other. Specifically - I have created an event in iPhone app, added a note for it and saved. When I look in the web-based app. I can see the person, the event, but CANNOT see the note. I cannot find it anywhere on the web !! The other way around - I have created an opportunity in web-based version, linked it with company and contact person.
