I noticed upon using ZOHO for months now that there are some really good features in the product. I like the idea to mandate or control fields of which ones are needed when adding to the LEADs area in the CRM. We have required our users upon inbound calls to type in the first and last name, and recently noticed that several are random characters on the last name, meaning they have filled in the proper name. Allow easier update of fields and field options for modules and blueprint
I have several suggestions where zoho can improve updating fields 1. In Blueprint-allow for field options to be edited in info/states. This includes allowing for delete, edits, addtions (additions already an option. THANKS YOU ) Here's why. When updatiing or creating blueprint, a lot of ideas start shooting off as you exprience how your process will look and feel. These ideas will lead to new field options, deleling/editing existing ones. Having to go and open module editor to update the field

For anyone that's used Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books together (or, honestly, used any of the Zoho Financial Suite), you know that the integration between the two is fantastic. They're essentially two sides of the same coin, and all updates in one are instantly reflected in the other, because they draw on the central Zoho Finance Suite database. Is it in Zoho's roadmap to create similarly well-connected systems between other parts of the Zoho One suite? CRM-Financial Suite immediately jumps to mind.
