Check in/out location
Hello, We are using Check-in/out feature in our company, but the geo location is not accurate it's always pinned 2-3 streets away when click the checkin/out button. and we can't check if the app is choosing the right location before submitting. how to fix this issue or check what location is zoho app finds before submitting.Zoho People Notification emails going to spam
Many of the approval emails being generated by Zoho People are going to employee's spam folders instead of their inbox. I think the issue is that Zoho servers are not authorized to send mail on behalf of our domain @motionrc.com . I think we need to enter DKIM and/or SPIF settings in our domain record so that Zoho can send mail as @motionrc.com. Can someone from Zoho please confirm how to fix this. Thank you. This is a very bizarre problem, During March, our receptionist clicked check-in when she started her day and check-out when she finished and it recorded it, correctly, as present. For April though, it's been recording every day as absent - but it's tracking the hours, it says she was absent for 8 hours for example, so it knows she's selecting check in and check out, but... it's putting them as absent. I've gone through all the settings, I've tried changing it manually, inputting the times manually..Zoho People - Unable to access terminated employee files
Zoho, this makes NO sense! I terminated an employee a month ago. She filed for unemployment and now I have to send unemployment her last paystub records + my performance reviews to prove that she should not collect unemployment. So the recent mobile app update broke the app for us. We are a company with offices in multiple countries including Hong Kong & China. We utilize Zoho to handle HR for the entire company. However, now the mobile app defaults to "Zoho China Accounts" when trying to login if your mobile device's language is set to ZH. My Chinese & Hong Kong colleagues can no longer use the app unless they change the language on their phones to english. Hi! We have just started using Zoho People and are quite satisfied, still we have problems with adding leave (Leave Tracker/Vievs/Apply Leave). After we have filled all places with proper data and we try to submit it "internal server error" occurs. It happens no matter what date we try to set. I'm really upset with "support" of zoho. I'm stuck with a big problem concerning all leave balances. They are totally wrong since last zoho update in december. I've tried to call everyday but support is still busy. I've left message to call me back, but nothing happens. I have only some e-mails from support that tell me "sorry for the delay in response" but nothing else. I'm paying 750$ per year since 5 years.... This is a shame and not serious. The current break time setting only allows UNPAID option for the manual break mode. But this means employees will have to login and out during breaks. We want to have an automatic setting wherein the break time is deducted automatically from the total hours. I am trying to find a work-around to the limitation of not being able to restrict an employee from clocking back in from a meal break less than a specified time (30-min). The current option is to record a 30-min meal break automatically for each employee, but this is illegal in California. Hello, I am trying to address training courses to multiple users. In Training Form there is a system field, type Lookup, named "owner" that give a single-select choice. I tried to create a new lookup field with multiple-select choice, and set it as primary, but the training course is still addressed to the owner.
