Modify fields when conducting an interview
Hello, When we conduct an interview, we obviously assess the candidate if he is a good match or not for a specific role but we also ask for more global information (which are not in the assessment section, but more data that interest us for a permanent field on the candidate page) . ie for example I have fields on the candidate page, for language spoken etc.. (it helps me to filter candidates if I have to find some of them for a search). It would be interesting to be able to edit on the go, allDashboard module

it would be great to do "quick edit" of a field while in the candidate tab list. Its very cumbersome to have to click "edit" then edit the record.then click save. then click back to return ot the list that may or may not be on the same page you left.IPad App - Horizontal

Hello All, I would like the ability to dictate the time zone when scheduling an interview zoho recruit. Specifically, I want the emails that the clients and candidates receive to reflect their current time zones. For instance: I am in EST, so when I schedule an interview for Noon in the CST zone. I need to schedule it for 1 PM in my system. Like I can add several career sites for different countries. Different countries have different laws governing what information we can ask from candidates. Similarly they have different currencies. Hi, I have a project where I use the Zoho Recruit API. The idea is to list the job openings on our website. When the user click on the offer, he shoud be redirected to the Zoho Recruit form related to this offer but I can't find the direct URL or the digest of the form with the API. Often times we need to move from the candidate page to the job order that candidate is associated with. There is no way to simply click the link and instantly go into the job order detail page of the job that candidate is associated with. This seems like a fairly easy fix. If you could turn the job order name in the hiring pipeline to a hyper linke, or add a List to associated jobs at the bottom of the module that has a link to each job they are associated with that would be quite helpful.Candidate module

Hello, We have an issue when trying using the submission of resumes via Zoho. When we do that, the full names of candidates are revealed to the client. This is not a good thing especially for us, because clients can easily look them up on Linkedin and contact them, thereby they can circumvent us and we lose power very early in the process. I kindly request you to review this and at least make it optional so that we can hide names of candidates when we submit them through your system. I am working for 2 countries, US and India. When I enable EEO/OFCCP, it is activated for all locations. I want it to be enabled only for US and not for India. Also I have enabled multiple currencies. I have written earlier also many times and I am writing again regarding this. When the jobs are posted on facebook and candidate applies, it captures information based on the facebook profile or whatever candidate has set profile in facebook for jobs. There is also an option in facebook for jobs where you can put a URL address for job application. I would like to you to put the Job posting URL there. A lot of times a candidate applies with 2 different email ids, which create two candidate records. I have EEO enabled, which restricts me to delete any record. Hi Recruit, We are now switching to work in Recruit Calendar in our daily work with my team and it would be good if you introduce a feature of marking events in Recruit Calendar in a special color (like in Google calendar) or add some colour stickers or tags to the event (colour selection can be made by user based on the event category or topic it's related to), so that colour was visible in a day, week or month preview. It would be helpful if admins could have great control over the users. In an enterprise environment it is very difficult to contact each user/train them on how to set their timezone correctly. I am coming across several candidates that I have submitted to Zoho by way of Outlook/Email add-in that are not in our system.
