Advanced Search
At the moment within advanced search whilst searching for Associated Tags it is a bit long winded to create a search revolving around Contains and Doesn't Contain. We have Tags that contain similar words/phrases. Would it be possible to add the Is command into the options? This mean when we search we would only ever get the exact match to the Tag which is 99% of the time what we are trying to achieve. Thanks, Paul

Hi Zoho, As per GDPR regulations you have to seperate opt ins for marketing and giving details to third parties. We need two opt in buttons on the application form to be able to do this. Is this possible? Do you count as a third party? Are you doing anything with the data that is imported to the system? RECRUIT Module // New job opening
Dear Zoho Team, In the recruiting module of yours, upon creating a new job opening, there is the option to assign account managers and recruiter. in both cases, could you remove disabled/inactive accounts from the list? The reason being, that they are no longer part of the company, and therefore shouldn't be able to being assigned to any NEW cases... More Than 10 Components Allowed On Home Screen
We can use so many more than the limit of 10 components allowed. We find that we're having to create additional dashboards and it is way more cumbersome than being able to have more on our users Home screen. 10 is just not enough.
Indeed Integration
1) For the Indeed Integration, can you make a feature that allows you to save Indeed searches in Zoho? This would make workflow faster because Indeed does not allow you to name your searches. 2) The uploaded resume does not have a link back to the resume URL on Indeed. If there is no contact info on the resume, there is no way to go back to the candidate on Indeed to contact them.

Tabbed page disappears when going back to it
Hi...I'm using my Recruit on Chrome, and when I have multiple tabs open (in Chrome) and start to add/edit something....if I go to another tab and back again, Recruit Page is completely Blank. Shows that it is still on my Zoho Recruit page, however I must refresh to see the page. When I do, all the data is gone and have to start from scratch. Has happened a dozen times today....what's up with the autosave when filling a form? What is the problem?

Largeur colonne STATUT CANDIDAT
Dans l'ancienne version Zoho, la colonne STATUT CANDIDAT était beaucoup pour large et on voyait le titre du poste au long. Maintenant, on voit seulement 20 caractères du titre du poste, ce n'est pas optimale quand on trie les CV.

Si on ne fait pas de recherche précise, on peut avoir plusieurs pages dans Fusionner les doublons. Zoho nous permet pas de fusionner deux candidats qui ne figurent pas dans la même page.

Where is my data held?
Hi - when I set up Zoho Recruit over a year ago I was advised by your reseller in Ireland, monread, to set up under the .com and not the .eu. I was also assured by Zoho tehcnical support that my data was held in the EU , not the US Now i find out that my data may indeed not be exclusivley help in the EU & your Irish reseller, Monread.ie, wont return my phone calls. Can you please clarify where my data is held & who is a reseller who will return calls regarding your product?

Can you please add a pdf download of the answered assessment questions? That way it can be shared with a client. Similar to downloading of a resume.
Candidate's statuts on the career website
Hello, I have activated the candidate login function and I realized that candidate can see the same candidates' status as in our back end. Though it is good they can follow up with their application, where it stands and so on, our candidate's status (submit to client, etc...) that we have created on our own, are maybe not easy to understand (it is more internal code). Is there a way to make them see different names of status instead our own's? Regards, Olivier
Parse resume into a specific candidate
The parsing functionality is great. However many times we create a Candidate before we get their resume. Then we parse it and sometimes get duplicates, because the email in the resume is distinct from that of the previously created Candidate. It would be great to create a parse within the Candidate to avoid duplicates. Both in the main app and in via API

Keep and show Candidate's status for a specific job opening
In our process, a candidate can be associated to one or many job openings, today the candidate get's its latest status based on any of the openings. However it would be great to see each Candidate's Status for each job opening both in the Candidate views and in the reports

Good Morning, I am running a trial of Zoho Recruit and want to try to integrate Indeed and Reed through the Marketplace, but when I try to log in to the Marketplace it just sends me back to the Marketplace screen without actually logging me in. Eliminate or hide fields or modules in Job Openings Module
I'm trying to eliminate or hide some fields like "Account Manager" or "Forecast Detail" set of fields because we don't need them but I can't. I know that some fields are de "System Defined" but even in this case we don't need them for our daily activity. Is there any way to eliminate or hide them? Thank you Norberto

Additional Storage Pricing Issue
I discovered a pricing discrepancy in Zoho Recruit's additional storage add-on pricing. This happened after we reached our limit of included storage. Zoho recruit extension + job URL's (job desc + apply form)
Zoho team, could you create an extension or another way to send the job description to the candidates. Using your Zoho recruit extension would be nice. For example, being on Zoho mail, typing the email, and simply click on the Zoho recruit icon in the favorites bar, having all the active job there and just buttons to copy the URL (job desc + apply form). Hi - When a resume is parsed - it takes all phone numbers and merges them together - it does the same for email addresses. Can this be changed if there are more than one phone number and email fields? Thanks!
Linking facebook profile via URL
Often times the name search will not pull someone up. You should allow us to insert the URL for their Facebook profile instead of just "searching" by name. example… Tami Jenkins does not pull up this profile: https://www.facebook.com/tamala.jenkins Yet that is the profile URL for Tami Jenkins. No Candidates for Interview
From the Interviews section of Recruit, I am attempting to setup a new interview. However, when I click on the button to select the candidate's name, no one appears. I changed the drop down menu from "Show only candidates with this job" to "All candidates" but the people who are associated with the job opening do not appear in the list.
