Hi, we have a Problem with the JavaScript API for the SalesIQ Chat Widget. We want to make sure that the SalesIQ visitor information in the chat are not displayed after logout. In our application logout is possible through other means than just a button click. For example, the user needs to reauthenticate after a day, if he hasn't ticked "stay logged in". A reload of a page will thus delete authentication cookies and load the page as if he wasn't logged in. In my SalesIQ, I show there are many more people on the site than there actually are. Many records are 2+ hours old. Hello, we have implemented SalesIQ on our website and all looks OK in the SalesIQ portal. We can see all the live visitors. We are also collecting lead contact details via one of our website forms. The lead is automatically created in Zoho and also in the SalesIQ we can see details about that lead. However, there is no data from SalesIQ in the Zoho CRM itself for that particular lead. Hi there, I'm trying to integrate Zoho SalesIQ with TurboLinks and could do with some help. Turbolinks means that instead of loading a new page, sections of the html are just update, giving you a SPA looks and feel. The problem is that means the zoho script doesn't reload. Theoretically, you should be able to move the code snippet to inside an event listener which is triggered when someone follows a link. But that doesn't work (it think due to the fact that the script needs access to the DOM). AnyChat window do not auto scroll on Firefox for mobile.
The chat window doesn't auto-scroll when typing, and the phone's keyboard covers what the visitor is typing until they manually scroll. This happens in Firefox for both Android and iOS, regardless of the device. It's not a good user experience as youZoho SalesIQ affects GTMetrix results: fully loaded time increases by 15 seconds
We have been using Zoho for a few years and we are generally very happy with the product ! We have recently started to use Zoho SalesIQ on our website and we have this problem though: - before added the SalesIQ widget to our website, GTMetrix shows a "fully loaded time" of 6.5 sec on Firefox -after we add the Zoho SalesIQ widget, there is a large increase in the "fully loaded time". It goes up up to 22.7 sec - lastly, there is absolutely no problem when testing on Chrome, with or without Zoso SalesIQWidget code now breaking Magento's JS!

We have integrated the Zobot and SalesIQ, the automated chat works fine but when the customer selects yes for "Want to connect with a human", the agents in the Zoho SalesIQ is not notified about the chat request.
