Date format not compatible with Zoho Creator YYYY-MM-DD
We are users of creator and recently started creating triggered emails to submit forms directly into Zoho Creator. Problem is that in Creator we use the YYYY-MM-DD format for all dates, as this greatly improves sorting functions etc. But when trying to send date information form Survey triggered events, you can not choose the date format of YYYY-MM-DD!!! It only allows for the American and British method of dates formats! Can this be fixed or improved!!!
probleme with survey - you cannot use it

Mouse rollover hides matrix question text

Survey Form which gets the header details from the CRM
Could you help me to get the below requirement mapped . look in my business my agents calls the customers and record the survey . I uploaded the leads in the CRM integrated the CRM with survey and got the survey questions . But in the survey form My requirement is that whenever the user enters the contact number he should get he details of the lead Or from the lead itself we go and initiate the survey so that we have the survey details . How to do that??

NPS on Android
I have a survey with one question being the NPS. The survey design works flawlessly on desktop and iOS, however I have feedback from an Android (mobile) user that the NPS options do not 'slide', thus only can give a '6' as highest score. Anyone else have this issue? Work around? Thanks, Bill

I was recently sent a link to join the the "My Portal" portal in Zoho Survey, which is a paid subscription of ours. When I clicked the link and signed in with my credentials, it put me into a page that said was on a TRIAL and I do not see any of our company information. Please Help.
Zoho Survey to CRM integration not adding new leads
I have a survey set up to capture information from new leads as well as some returning visitors. I integrated the survey before pushing it live and selected the Add/Update Record option. I just checked the survey results and there are new users that have completed the survey but I cannot find a record in CRM for them. The CRM integration has worked fine on other surveys I've created, please advise as to why this one isn't working.
Embedding Survey Into Web Page without iframe or pop up
I'd like to embed my survey into my web page without using an iframe or having it be a pop up window. When I use the JavaScript Embed code that is provided it still gives me a pop up window survey. Is there a way to embed my survey into my site without it using an additional pop up window?
Zoho Survey Not displaying
Hello, I have created a copy of two surveys. One with integration with ZOHO CRM and one without integration. The survey that has integration is set up to feed new customers directly into our CRM contacts module after they complete the survey. I have mapped the fields in the CRM to the fields in the survey. The issue is that once I enable integration, the survey does not display and only displays a blank white page. ZOho Test Survey - this page only appears blank to me and I can not see the survey

I had a survey which I previously sent out, but seem to be missing. When I go to the Zoho Survey, it asks me to create my first Survey, which I already did. I closed the survey, but I would like view the results of that survey. Any help will be appreciated.
Mapped Drop List in Survey is not Populating in CRM Lead View

Slider element label text for final value wrapping incorrectly in tablet mode
I've noticed the slider text value for the extreme right value (highest value) is wrapping in tablet mode where as all other values (lowest/left) and center/mid remain in their correct positions. I believe this to be a bug. See image.
One field from Survey-CRM Intergration not populating in CRM
I have a strange issue where one (1) of about 40 mapped survey-crm integration fields is not populating with data. The data submitted is saving in the Survey system. It is visible in the report (all and individual). There are no sync errors, and I can confirm other data is being updated successfully by the CRM SYNC. In the image below (snippet from CRM-Leads) ALL fields are populated by data via the Survey-CRM integration... however, one field does not populate as mapped. The field remains empty.
Slider values not STICKY for returning visitors (on page/iframe reload)
I have a survey that is set to remember and repopulate answers for returning visitors. The Choice Hover Background Color is set default each time the theme editor is opened. Suvey Submissions not visible in CRM
When my survey form is submitted the mapped CRM-Lead integrated fields populate correctly (except one - noted in seperate dedicated thread) However, the completed, sync'd FULL survey does not appear in the Zoho Survey section of the lead view. Below is a snippet of the lead view which is entirely and successfully populated by data from the completed (unlisted) Survey Is this a bug, or a setting I have overlooked?
Slider values not STICKY when using previous / next buttons
When navigating through a multi-page survey with previous / next buttons sliders reset to their default values. I believe these values should be sticky.
Why are Slider Values missing from Survey Reports?
I've noticed that not all slider values are displayed in the reports for my survey. It appears that the final (last) value of the slider is always omitted form the report. For example. I have a slider with value range of 0 to 2 (3 points) However in the report only values 0 and 1 are displayed. See attached images. I would appreciate help resolving the issue. Survey gives "RESPONSE ERROR" message on page with only Slider Elements
While testing my embedded <iframe> survey form today I received a "Response Error". The same page consistently produces the error on "next" button press. The page (page 4 of 8), contains only slider elements plus one description element. I believe the submission error may be caused by the same issue that causes the final (largest) slider value to NOT appear in the report. Customization Settings not implementing correctly (BACKGROUND CHOICE HOVER and FONT CHOICE TEXT / HOVER do not work on standard Drop-Boxes)
While working through the customization features for general templates i have noticed several customization do not fuction correctly. Help with changing ADMIN
Support is not responsive. We have 1 admin for Surveys and he is no longer with the company. we are able to login into his account but there is no option to change anyone else to an admin. I am the super admin of the entire ZOHO installl, no option to change admin. Support has been asked 4 times to fix, no phone number to speak to anyone. Anyone help?

I am in the middle of a survey I have spent thousands of dollars advertising. Your survey site is very slow. It almost takes 10 seconds to load the first page of the survey. After that it is taking multiple seconds to switch between pages. I am losing respondents to my survey because of the slowness of your website !!!! Please fix asap.
Remove Left/Right Borders on mobile survey
Space is at a premium on a mobile device. The current themes keep a large border on the left and right - in total almost 25% of the screen width. This give very little space for the survey itself to be presented. Remove the majority of border on the mobile survey display and give the space back to the survey itself !
Custom variable on choice text
When adding a custom variable in the question it works. When adding a custom variable to the question choices (multiple choices/questions) id does not work. Is that something you can change anytime soon?
Offline responses not uploading
Hi, I have create a zoho survey to be used offline, using an iPad withSafari. However when I am back online and choose to upload, it startsthe process but never finishes. in total there are 8 response. I have tried another survey offline and this is working fine when uploading. Any advice would be much appreciated as I need to pull this data off. Reeza

When trying to use the scoring logic to redirect to a unique end page of the survey, the scoring will not allow a value higher than 100, however scoring for the survey being developed goes into 150?

Phone number box for a survey question
I was trying to have phone number entry box on my survey but whenever users put in their phone numbers they get error messages saying that the number they entered should be between -2145676532 to 2145676532. I used numeric box and i'm unable to increase the max number a user can enter??
Insert survey link doesn't work

Google Sheets Integration Challenges
We have had some reoccurring challenges with integrating our surveys with Google Sheets. There will be times where some of the survey results don't synchronize across. If we remove the integration and then re-integrate the survey with the sheet, those missing records will then appear on the sheet. There were also some problems where answers to matrix questions where not appearing on the Google Sheet, but it seems like that was a separate issue that we opened a ticket regarding and has been resolved
New Survey Link doesn't work...
