You're not receiving notifications properly or receiving delayed notifications.

What happened?

Push notifications may be delayed due to network issues. By turning your Wi-Fi or mobile data on/off will resolve this issue. However, in some instances, you may not receive push notifications due to your device's default system settings.

How to resolve this issue 

For devices that run on Android 10 and above:
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Battery Optimization, then tap OneAuth.
  3. Change the battery optimization settings to Don't Optimize.
For devices that run on Android 9 and below:
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Apps and Notifications, then tap OneAuth.
  3. Ensure that the notification for the app is enabled.
For devices that run on iOS:
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Notifications, then tap OneAuth.
  3. Ensure that Allow Notifications is turned on.
These steps will resolve your push notification related issues. If the issue persists, please contact support@zohoaccounts.com.
