An appointment can have last minute changes. While a business needs to accommodate such changes, it's also essential to have a clear policy in place to ensure consistency, fairness, and smooth operations. This feature lets you set hours/days before which an appointment can be rescheduled/canceled. For example, if the value is set to "6 hours", an appointment at 6 pm can be canceled or rescheduled by customers only before 12 pm on the appointment date.
Note: This setting is applicable only for customers who reschedule/cancel from the booking page. This does not restrict the users from canceling or rescheduling in the Bookings in-app.
