1. How cancellation and rescheduling window work
Note: This setting is applicable only for customers who reschedule/cancel from the booking page. This does not restrict the users from canceling or rescheduling in the Bookings in-app.Who can access this feature? | |
Available on | |
Super admin and admins | Can set this window for all workspace event types |
Workspace admins | Can set this for the assigned workspaces' event types |
Managers and Staff | Can only view it |
2. Steps to set cancellation and rescheduling window
- Go to the required workspace and click Event Types on the left side pane. The event types added under the selected workspace will be listed.
- Hover over the required event type and click the options icon
, then select Edit.
- Click the Scheduling Rules tab on the left.
- Under the Cancelation and Rescheduling Window section, set the period in days/hours/minutes.
Info: To educate customers about this policy, you can include this info in your booking page. You can also add a terms and conditions message in the booking form and inform customers about this window.
