Customizing Mailbox Views
In this article, we'll see how you can customize the mailbox views in Trident to suit your preferences. Trident gives you various options to customize your mailbox. To apply these customizations:
- Click your profile image on the top-right corner of the app.
- Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Select Mail.
- In the Mail View Options section, customize the options.
- Open emails in vertical, horizontal, or no split views.
- Show email listing in comfort or compact views.
- Show email details in comfort or compact views.
- Limit the number of email summary lines displayed in the email listing.
- Show or hide the sender's image in the email listing.
- Enable or disable conversation mode.
- Show or hide the subject for individual emails in threaded conversations.
Note: This customization is possible only when conversation mode is enabled.- Enable or disable the default setting for marking the first email as read during the folder switch.
- Show Streams comments in the pop-over or at the bottom of the email detail by default.
- View the Mail detail action items with only images, only titles, or both.
List attachments either at the top or bottom of the email.
