Team Zoho Desk is constantly looking at ways to improve user experience, and we have a bunch of updates on that front, all aimed at better navigation. Heads up, all of these UI enhancements are set to go live late next week.
Navigating between Modules
Drop-downs can be a drop in efficiency, and we see that. We've unfolded the Modules menu into a simpler format, all readily available on your Top Bar. Some key functions like Search and Quick Add have also been made more prominent, for quicker navigation.
The Ticket Screen
Ticket sub-tabs have a new home: right below the subject of a ticket. Nifty tools like Auto-Suggested Articles and Ticket Timeline are now placed at eye-level. Hard to miss, easy to use!
Setup
Does Setup feel like it's taking you away from the hustle-bustle of your tickets? We thought so too. Setup now opens up on top of your work screen, so you can decide on that customization without snapping out of work mode. Changed your mind about it? Just press Esc and you're back in the middle of your ticket without missing a beat! The Setup screen looks sleeker too, with smoother navigation.
Much of the improvements we make come from your feedback. With these enhancements, we hope you have a much smoother navigation experience inside Zoho Desk.
