去年のMeetupで自社事例をお話ししてから1年がたち、だいぶZoho One の運用も定着してきました。
Zoho には、CRM 以外にも便利なツールがいっぱいあります。
その中でも個人的によく利用している以下の4製品について、自社でどのように使っているか、6/11(金) 16:00から情報共有会を開きたいと思います。
・Zoho Books(会計）
・Zoho Assist（遠隔操作）
・Zoho Sites(Webサイト構築)
・Zoho Flow (アプリ連携・システム連携)

・「コロナでリモートワーク、または顧客サポートで訪問できない」
こういった問題の解決をZoho Assistで行うデモ

・iPaas(SaaS連携）のZoho Flowの作成実演デモも、がんばって行おうと思います。「CRMのデータが更新されたらSlackにお知らせが届く」 がZoho Flowで簡単に作成できます。
上記4製品はZoho Japanではサポートしておらず、Zoho 本社のサポートになりますが、これを機に少しでもこれらの製品がどんなものか、知っていただく機会になればと思い開催してみます。もちろんZoho Japanさんの公認・協力があるミニMeetupですのでご安心ください。
事例共有の後には、ユーザーのみなさんとZohoに関する雑談もできればと思っています！お時間ありましたら、お気軽に参加いただければ嬉しいです。
