1. カスタムビューとは
「過去15日間の見込み客」や「受注間近の商談」、「特定の優先度レベルが設定された案件」など
条件を指定してわずか数クリックで設定できます。

これまでは、カスタムビューを本番環境で直接作成する必要があり、安全なテスト環境で事前に検証を行うことができませんでした。
今回のアップデートにより、サンドボックス環境で以下の操作が可能になりました。
- カスタムビューの作成・更新・削除
- 本番移行前の設定内容の検証
- チームでのレビューや調整
これにより、本番環境での作業リスクを減らし、設定の再作成にかかる時間を大幅に削減できます。
サンドボックス内で検証を終えた後は、カスタムビューをそのまま本番環境に適用でき、
移行作業をスムーズに進めることができます。
