このたびの機能アップデートにより、Zoho CRM のポータルにおける以下の機能が追加されました。
  • ポータルユーザーのメールアドレスの変更
  • メールテンプレートのカスタマイズ
  • 「未認証のユーザー」内における新たなカテゴリーの設置

◎Zoho CRM のポータルとは?
ポータルとは、顧客や代理店がZoho CRM の一部の情報にアクセスできる機能になります。共有する情報は選択できるので、必要なデータのみを外部の顧客や代理店に表示できます。また、データの作成・編集権限や、メモや添付ファイルの追加権限を付与することも可能です。

◎ポータルユーザーのメールアドレスの変更

今回の機能アップデートにより、既存のポータルユーザーのメールアドレスを変更することができるようになりました。メールアドレスを変更すると、該当のポータルユーザーに対して確認メールが送信されます。
変更後のメールアドレスに届いた確認メールから、Zoho CRM のポータルへログインできます。



◎メールテンプレートのカスタマイズ

「招待の承諾/Accept Invitation」、「メールアドレスの認証/Confirm Email Address emails」用のメールをカスタマイズできるようになりました。今回の機能アップデートにより、利用できるようになったカスタマイズオプションは以下の通りです。
  • 言語に応じたメールテンプレートのカスタマイズ
  • デフォルトの差出人、返信先メールアドレスの設定
  • 件名の変更
  • メール本文に関するカスタマイズ(差し込み項目の使用やフォントのポイント、スタイル、色、背景、配置の調整など)
  • ポータルユーザーの招待を承諾するボタン、またはリンクの設定



◎「未認証のユーザー」内における新たなカテゴリーの設置

ユーザータブから確認できる「未認証のユーザー」は、さらに「招待が未承諾の」「ログインが保留中の」という2カテゴリーに分類されるようになりました。

招待を承諾していない新規のポータルユーザーは「招待が未承諾の」、メールアドレスの変更に関する確認メールを受信した既存のポータルユーザーが新しいメールアドレスを認証していない場合は「ログインが保留中の」のカテゴリーに表示されます。
